Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 15 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received.
I Return Process

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
- Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
- Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II Return Policy
- You can return items within 15 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
- The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
- We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 15days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
- We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- No exchange or return on promotional items.

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

Size doesn't fit.
Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
